01. The questions that I find in the simulations are the same exam?

All tests and simulations that found on TestECDL.com were made by students and examiners Marynet (Lead Partner ECDL authorized by AICA) purely educational and demonstration purposes. The questions then are similar but not identical to the exam.

02. Some of the answers online simulations can be wrong?

It can happen that some of our simulations may mistakenly contain a wrong answer, we encourage you to report it to the following address: testecdl@marynet.it. But it can also happen that we do not realize that the correct answer in the simulations is correct, while you think the opposite. To illustrate based on the old ECDL/ICDL Core: could happen to a question (in the old ECDL/ICDL simulations) like this: "Once emptied the trash can recover files deleted permanently?" the correct answer in the simulations was not, but at this point many of you might argue saying that there are hundreds of programs for recovering data that allow you to do this ... but while it is true that, the correct answer was always "no", this is because the reference syllabus did not include the use and knowledge of programs for data recovery.

03. It never comes to the page with the final report for the verification of claims?

If the answer is yes, the problem might be due to some setting in the browser such as the Pop-up blocker.
If the answer is no, because only a few tests you see the final report, please state precisely which test it and verify the problem.

04. I can not view the site and its contents, what can I do?

Many times this problem is caused by using an old version of the browser, such as Internet Explorer 7, 8 etc. we suggest for this, to use for proper display of TestECDL.com the site and its contents,  Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome (by checking that they have been upgraded to the latest version).

05. The Test and the Video courses that I find on this site are free?

Yes, unless it is clearly indicated to the contrary.
